PaceMaker plug-in for Winamp is a very functional and useful tempo/pitch DSP plugin. You can alter the tempo and pitch independent of one another...so, you can have the song's BPM be one thing, and you can have the song's pitch be something completely different.

The 'speed' lever also gives some interesting results. There is a preferences menu where you can set slider precision as well as hotkey increments
